We left a labeled key for our team of caregivers and confirmed with them that the key is to go in the cabinet when our evening caregiver leaves. It has come back to me that more than once, the key is not where it was left when our morning caregiver arrived, and she was given some attitude about retrieving the key. What can we do to facilite for the front desk staff? Security is also concerning, if the key goes on walkabout at night -- it could be copied, or someone could come in while our Mum is sleeping. Would a lockbox be a better solution? I can arrange for this but thought I'd check with you've first to see what we can do.
