Why did all of our long time existing clients though populate into "Assessment Pending" on the homepage? I can't even get rid of them as it won't even allow me to click on the red flag and mark things as completed. That said, I feel this shouldn't have even happened and will be very time consuming if I have to go through all our clients in Salesforce and mark a bunch of steps when they are already years long clients. Can you advise?
