She ment= ioned she=E2=80=99s told us not feel obliged to take on all clients but let h= er know those whose care we can=E2=80=99t take on. 3) for clients that reduced the number of hours in February, here=E2=80=99s t= he feedback. -Wendy is reluctant to care and feels obliged to entertain the CG when the r= everse should be the case, CSM should communicate with CG and family. -Karen: she was moved from home to a community and still being monitored. 4) she mentioned a client (Agnes Braum) which was closed lost for us had com= plained about the =E2=80=98American tone=E2=80=99 and complexity of our cont= ract and the fear of signing a document online because of fraud. The client (Agnes Braum) was not happy and gave a poor feedback to her of th= eir experience with us. Though this is the second of its kind since her partnership with us, she adv= ised we look into it. In summary, she stated her commitment to us and she=E2=80=99s happy with ser= vices so far and would continue to send clients our way. I will keep close communication with her and I=E2=80=99m sure the leads will= come in soonest. Have a great day.
