The caregivers are paid for all the hours they worked on a statutory holiday. In addition, if they worked 15 days in the past 30 days from the statutory holiday, they are entitled to additional pay equaling the average number of hours worked during those 15 days. This is BC law. All the holidays identified for the corporate team members are considered statutory holidays.
