Why don=E2=80=99t you take a s= tab at creating the IP, and I will review it. You can do it! :) Activities that you include in the IP are based upon what you learned through the assessment. Things that you should take into consideration should include the client's abilities, limitations, interests and preferences. For example, if we learn through the Life Story Inventory that Robert was an avid traveler, we may incorporate activities that include discussing different geographies and cultures. When reviewing the CTM Assessment Sheet, it appears that Robert has difficulty with the executive functioning domain, so you would select executive functioning activities that you=E2=80=99d find most appropriate. = For example, Conceptual Ordering and Choices and Reasons, would be some good activities for him. He also struggles somewhat with attention, so you would select different attention activities. For exercise, although he=E2=80=99s = never really enjoyed it, it could become enjoyable through a creative approach. Maybe you could incorporate exercise along with his favorite music and singing. Some activities in the IMS may seem a bit childish, such as the game, "Go Fish", so depending on the individual, you would need to appropriately select. As you browse through the activites and familiarize yourself, it=E2= =80=99ll become a lot easier to create an IP. Hope this guidance helps. If you have any specific questions, just let me know. Otherwise, I'll review the plan, once you create it.
