Thanks ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Mia V Date: Tue, Oct 2, 2018 at 3:31 PM Subject: To: Maria Licoudis Cc: Michele Sazant Hi Maria I just wanted to take the time and opportunity to speak to you ..for I have worked 3 weeks and did my job to the fullest. I did not feel well last night and did not sleep well and tried to see if anyone could replace me. Due to it not being able to I thought it out and realized I can no longer do this position. I did call and spoke to Michele and felt attacked. I explained to her that as of tomorrow I can not continue this. I felt like I had to literally day to day explain details for as she said she is documenting all this etc ..saying that I should know what live in care is etc and that I should be owing her 2 weeks notice etc and how I should of called there about problems here such as my car or lady not sleeping.. I've never seen or heard of anyone HR speaking that way. At one point I explained to her that I am stuck and as I'm explaining I felt why do I have to feel attacked like that. Very unprofessional. At one point she said when I told her I need days etc for even if I worked 2 days I got paid since I'm on alert etc in my jobs ..she replied to me oh ok so now we know the truth cuz you found another job ..let's be realistic Mia!! I was in shock .. This is not how one speaks with employees like we are nothing.. I took care of Mrs.Laporta as I take care of all my patients 100 percent ..and as you can see through notes of Homecare I document all so you can see progress etc I've been doing this for years and for me it benefits me being able to move or take on more shifts ..for in this position situations such as yesterday I couldn't even go vote..etc or have anyone replace me as I'm not feeling well..I do know Nova did say if ever ..but I wasnt able to reach her and that is not my job.... In all I have explained the best I could in a professional manner Even as I am not feeling well I'm still here for there is no one releasing me as I had asked Michele... Thank you for the opportunity Maria If you need to speak to me pls give me a call Mia Get Outlook for Android --=20 *Michele Sazant* *Coordonnatrice des Ressources Humaines/**Human Resources Coordinator* *Home Care Assistance (Montr=C3=A9al) Inc.* *4464 Ste.
