This is a safety measure to ensure proper communication is in place in case of emergencies. Having the overnight on-call call four hours into their shift for every caregiver is an undue strain on the team. As an alternative, the team has devised a new process that they believe could be more efficient and less burdensome. However, it=E2=80=99s important to note that this new process will need to = be rolled out to all provinces, as OHS will begin visiting additional locations in the future. Therefore, I believe it=E2=80=99s crucial to gathe= r input from you and other leaders to ensure the success of this implementation. If your free tomorrow we can get on a call to discuss this further.
