I encourage you to watch the video walkthrough prior to trying to understand the instructions below, or the powerpoint attachment. Once you receive your individual location template, it will be up to you to communicate any numbers that look inappropriate (with reasoning please) to Rebecca Howe, Brian Scott, and myself, for adjustment. If adjustments are accepted you'll receive a fresh set of numbers. It will also be up to you to go directly into powerpoint and fill in some of the text sections that reflect your actual comments about your site and the goals. If you need help with powerpoint you can reach out to us. You can also reach out with specific individual questions about the template or your planned content (to me), the numbers and the background logic behind them (Rebecca and Brian), or anything else (your choice). Because we are all working off the same template, these meetings should run very smoothly after the first few! Some of you have presentations spanning multiple business units, in which case you may receive separate templates for each of those businesses (for example, James Buscemi will receive separate templates for Broward and South Palm, and Palm Beach). *Also note that this distribution is only based on meetings that are fully scheduled right now and the attendees for those meetings.* For example, Andy, you are presenting SeniorCorp, Generations, and Raleigh. You will receive three templates for those businesses, if you expect Daryl and Charlie will join you for the Generations and Raleigh discussion, I will leave it to you to include them
