I just spoke to him and he let me know that his insurance will not be covering them. They are currently placed in a hotel for the next 2-3 days until they can find their own accommodations again, and Redcross is supplying them with warm meals for the time being as well. I did also inform him to call RBC as our insurance also has an EAP program to see what they can help with.
