It has been a busy week for me. See below. RIMS are responsible for following up on all of the leads and opportunities that are assigned to them (opportunity owner). The RIMs have a dashboard for all of their open leads/opportunities that need to be followed up on daily. In addition, I go through salesforce several times a week and message the RIM via Chatter if a follow up is missed or a future follow up needs to be scheduled. If your office sees a missed follow up or no future follow up task, feel free to tag the RIM (and myself) in chatter. In addition, if your office wants to take over follow ups, then they can chat the RIM in chatter that the local office will be taking over and assign yourself as the opportunity owner for all future follow ups. Here is the report I use for leads/opportunities in a "stale" status: https://homecareassistance.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Dashboard/01ZUH0= 00000ud3V2AQ/view?queryScope=3DuserFolders Best, Cristal On Thu, Dec 19, 2024 at 1:49=E2=80=AFPM Danielle James wrote: > Hi, > I just wanted to follow up on this.
