On call position/ calls off

I wanted to discuss the inquiry on calls. Having to be on call on standby 7 days a week is taking a toll on my physical/mental health as I am always on standby and ready to take calls. I believe it might be a bit too much. I was wondering if a possible solution would be to have one day of no inquiry calls so I=E2=80=99d be refreshed fo= r the rest. Whatever day works best for the company, also to note I=E2=80=99m a p= erson that always aims to please it=E2=80=99s very hard for me to say no.
