We have been in contact with your sister Elaine, your sister-in-law Zora, as well as the director of the residence concerning both her fall as well as the issue of bedbugs. The caregiver that you are referring to did not leave because of the bedbugs but rather informed the staff there that she had been removing them from your mother's blanket with tweezers. She was informed that they were aware of the situation and were handling it. I apologize that you were not personally informed, but I thought that your sister would have kept you abreast of the situation. If you wish, I would be more than happy to include you in any future discussions or situations regarding your mother's care should they arise. I have also been informed that our mother may have fallen again this morning. She has been taken to the hospital. There seems to have been Alot going on, and because I am not no longer leaving here, I have not been made Aware of all issues. did any of your caregivers notice any visible bites on our mother the last few days and does the evening shift from last night or this morning know anything about our mother possibly having another fall. I am not enquiring to lay blame, I just want to get a better understanding as to what has Taken place as you Can imagine, this is very disturbing. Could you offer some information.
