It is definitely more burdensome than other facilities in my experience. Short summary is that it's a business decision to determine whether it is financially worth it to meet these requests as my guess is if we push back the facility may say take it or leave it. Note some offices do accommodate these types of requests and in those cases get caregivers to authorize the release of their employment information. Attached is a template other offices have used.
