Abby and I liked both offices but there are a few things to consider.Corporate Exchange Blvd (First Office) - Larger Conference Room: This could be useful for hosting bigger meetings or events in the future. - Smaller Office Space: The limited space might make it more challenging to accommodate equipment or a wheelchair. Broadmoor Ave (Second Office) - More Office Space: This location provides more room to fit essential items like a wheelchair, mannequin, and supplies. - Orientation Limitation: The conference room can only accommodate 4-5 people for orientations, which could limit the number of participants. Additional Considerations - Conference Room Rental: Both locations charge for conference room use, so you=E2=80=99ll need to factor that cost into budgeting. - Printing Costs: I typically print 2 packets for orientation. Since the printing costs are high, *investing in a small printer* seems like a practical solution. - Beverages: Coffee is typically consumed at orientation. There is a monthly coffee plan at both locations. Or a by as you go plan.
