I was able to speak with Denny so he is also aligned that Micah will assist with our clients in our communities. Here is the spreadsheet that we reviewed on the call. - Place Micah's name Column J if the client lives in a community. - Place Emily's name in Column J for all Oasis clients as she will continue to manage those at this time. - Emily to review all clients that she has managed prior or is familiar with and place her name in Column J. - Aretha to add next QA visit date on Column K. - If client lives in a community, please place community name in Column L. ACTION ITEMS: - @Audra Williams set up meeting on Monday to review spreadsheet with Aretha, Emily, Micah and Denny. - @Aretha Ilion set up a client roster review with Emily and Micah no later than Friday 8/23. - @Aretha Ilion will communicate with client/point of contact that she will be transitioning to a new role within TheKey, followed by an email to intro Emily or Micah. - @Emily Sun and @Micah Jakoblich will immediately respond to the email Aretha sends introducing themselves. (Emily has a template email for this that you can use Micah!!) - @Audra Williams arrange for Aretha's InContact training. I have sent email to Jeff and Gayle and will follow up in this thread with plan. I asked for training on Thursday 8/22. - Client Transition Date- no later than 8/26. - Aretha will go live with her new role on 8/26.
