I did opt out of the extended health back in July, but now I requested to join it (for myself). If we are moving to a new company and I will be included on the extended health benefits in the new policy (starting December 01) as Terence mentioned , then no changes needed. But I would like to get more details about the new coverage, as Tim and Terence mentioned that from 12/01 we are moving to a new insurance company.
