As for the non-solicitation, yes of course we understand that a client will often come back to you for an eventual move to senior living, and that's great! Our goal is to continue 1:1 care with them throughout their journey, so I wouldn't be overly concerned with this point. We're on the same team!
Once completed, I will set a meeting with @Joey Taylor <mailto:joey.taylor@thekey.com> who can discuss the proper referral process so that everything is tracked correctly. Also we can review our updated rates and service minimums. Also you will need to let us know how you want to handle referrals from your colleagues, who do we send the checks to etc.

2) #6 Non - solicitation - just to be clear a client may come back to me when they wish to move to a residence. This may be for a variety of reasons….of course I’m not going to call them and follow up to ask them to move to a residence.
3) #3 Preferred Provider. I would be pleased to give the name of Home Care Assistance at the top of my list and most often the only name, therefore, I would prefer to take out
“at the exclusion of all other in-home senior care providers and Agent shall not refer or recommend any other in-home care provider to its Sources unless HCA has had the right of first refusal”.
Keep - “For the duration of this Agreement, HCS shall be the preferred provider for the Agent’s referrals, clients and potential leads”.
How does that sound?
