Their files in ClearCare all indicate if they are waiting for a letter or not - Marc has already emailed me about this client and his wife (Teresa Didomenicantonio CDHC) this week asking the same thing and I communicated the same thing to him. Once they have their letters, I will upload them and put in the authorization. The government does not move very fast as you know. Do you have access to the ClearCare file? If so, could you please check the note on the main page, this will update you on the answers you are looking for.
