Quick note to keep you abreast of where we are in the Mavencare-HCA payroll transition. Ceridian has created our two payroll accounts for Mavencare (caregivers and office staff). I have invited and given access to Irin and Arti so that they can jump into their respective payroll accounts and see what the system is like. I will ask Arti to populate the Ceridian spreadsheets with the necessary info for office staff. Once the eload doc is ready, Inna will advise me and then Irin and I will work on populating the Ceridian spreadsheets with the caregiver info. We have met with the Mavencare payroll and IT teams and given them examples of what the payroll files need to look like as well as documentation from Ceridian on the system. Hopefully we are on track for a smooth payroll run on the 21st and 22nd of March for our new team!
