Client had 1 week of care of $128 and is requesting a manual statement which shows our logo but also wants other categories added. As mentioned earlier, we need to keep it standard throughout all our clients. The statement I sent her with the respective invoice has everything they need for any purpose. We cannot continue to make manual statements for clients. We need to keep a standard policy in place. @Cheryl Cartwright Please going forward any statement request forward to myself. The statement attached above is just a click of a button from quickbooks and as mentioned has everything they need. Clients will request a lot because most of the time they might be confused with what exactly they need for tax purposes. We make an effort to go above and beyond for our clients , however we need to set policy and procedures in place to avoid future confusion and so that everyone is on the same page= . Let's discuss this in a meeting if you guys would like. thank you, On Wed, Feb 22, 2023 at 6:42 PM Ali Malik wrote: > Good evening Beatrice, > > Please see attached 2022 statement which shows the only invoice you had > that year. > > I'm also attaching a copy of this invoice to this email for backup. > > The account statements are usually just a breakdown of the invoices with > their respective dates and amounts to help clients review the total for > each year for tax purposes.
