If you want to translate any forms, FAQs or Privacy Policy for example, you have to provide the translated documents for each. The translation of the iForms is expected in a future enhancement outside of the project plan. But no other translations are noted as deliverables currently. I don't approve your budgets, so I would look to @Angie Markwell to approve any costs to proceed with a local translator to review.
