After testing our various phone numbers I found that the =E2=80=9Cmain line=E2=80=9D 844-856-= 5665 number that is printed on our collateral still connects to the call center (Maria in California answered). Gabriel said he could not re route these calls. Today is Maria=E2=80=99s first day and she asked me what we would like her = to do with our calls. Until the dust settles our preference is for the call center to get the name number and address, brief description of the care need, email that to our local intake group and tell the caller that they are sending the message to the office and someone will contact them right away. Can you make that request or point me to the person that can?
