Use #CareWithLove For the past four years=2C our Sales Team/HCLs and other employees have be= en part of Cupid Crew (https://homecareassistance.us1.list-manage.com/trac= k/click?u=3Df1efdeb0dd25f1b019be7a0a6&id=3Df15158e0e9&e=3Dfedcc11a74) =2C= a nationwide movement started by AARP's charitable arm=2C Wish of a Lifet= ime=2C to connect with older adults at risk of isolation--and send them lo= ve. This has brought so much joy to residents at senior living communities= =2C and is something that we are excited to continue this year! Read our Valentine's Day Strategy below: 1. Contact your #1 senior living community and reach out to the Activities= Director or other contact you work with regularly. Explain that you would= like to hand out flowers and cards (optional) to residents on Valentine= =E2=80=99s Day to bring some joy to their day and let them know you/TheKey= are thinking of them. You will want to get a count of residents so you kn= ow how many roses and cards you will need. If they will allow you to deliv= er them in-person to residents that would be ideal=2C but if not=2C set up= a table/pop-up tent outside and see if the residents can pick up their ro= ses/cards there. 2. Order roses from your local florist and make sure they are de-thorned b= efore delivery (tell them about the event to see if they'd like to discoun= t the rate for a charitable cause). If you have a Trader Joe's nearby=2C t= hey will sometimes give away day-old flowers FOR FREE=2C so that is someth= ing to look into if it applies to your market. Contact your local Trader J= oe=E2=80=99s at least a week in advance to see if this is something they d= o=2C and if yes=2C how many flowers would be available the day before Vale= ntine=E2=80=99s Day. If it=E2=80=99s not something they do=2C this still g= ives you time to order flowers elsewhere. 3. If you opt to include cards=2C you can easily create them on the Cupid= Crew website here (https://homecareassistance.us1.list-manage.com/track/c= lick?u=3Df1efdeb0dd25f1b019be7a0a6&id=3Db9df3ae9c1&e=3Dfedcc11a74) . It=E2= =80=99s up to you if you want to sign these with other members of your tea= m (it=E2=80=99s a nice touch!). We've seen HCL's have their children color= pictures on the cards for an additional loving touch! Make this your own.= The goal is to give each resident a card with their flower. 4. Wear TheKey shirts=2C take lots of pictures/videos to post on LinkedIn= =2C and tag your referral partners and community. Invite other members of= your team who can support you and the event and help take photos! TEAM GOAL - Sleep Well Strategy Rollout Our Team Goal: 1. Practice your presentation deck with your Care team 2
