It seems like Cheryl is speaking to all the calls she's getting/the Toronto market overall when we can only control and optimize off of what we are seeing in paid. If we're not all looking at the same data/evaluation criteria when reviewing channel performance and strategy then we're always going to be on separate pages about how the channel is performing. I want to make sure both of our teams are armed with the data we need to make the best decisions we can to drive more SOC. Right now, it seems like we've set ourselves up to have a divide between what the operations are experiencing and what we are reviewing, which I'd like to avoid in the future.
