The Franchise Team is hard at work making final preparations for our *BIGGEST* and *BEST* conference ever. Please review the important information listed below so you are fully prepared to make the most out of the conference. 1. *Agenda* - A copy of the agenda is attached for your review. The rooms for each event are listed on the agenda. A few important points to keep in mind: - All attendees *must register *at our check-in table on Wednesday, Sept. 7th before going to your training session rooms. The registration will be from 8am-9am in front of the Aspen Ballroom on the 2nd floor. Those with sessions on the 38th floor should check-in by 8:45am. - *Cocktail Reception* (cash bar) on Wednesday, Sept. 7th from 5:30pm-7p= m. Casual dress for this event. - *Breakfast *begins at 8am on Thursday, Sept. 8th and the conference will begin at 9am sharp. - *Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner* begins at 6pm on Thursday, Sept. 8th. Cocktails are from 6-7 and the dinner will begin at 7pm. Make sure to pick up your meal card before heading into the dinner. Remember this is a formal event, so ladies, it's your chance to break out that cocktai= l dress, and gentlemen, it's your chance to show us how well you clean up in a suit and tie! 2. *Round Table Agendas* - We are having two Round Table sessions this year. Please review the attached agendas so you can plan for the tables you want to attend. 3. *Attendee Directory* - The attendee directory is attached for your review. There are many familiar faces along with many new faces this year. 4. *Sponsors and Passports* - This year we are grateful to have 14 companies sponsoring our event. Most of the sponsors will be exhibiting during our breakfast and lunch breaks. All attendees will receive a sponsor passport in their welcome packets. The goal is to collect as many sponsor stamps as possible in your passport. We will collect the passports after lunch on Friday and raffle off prizes to those with the most stamps. 5. *Special Guests* - We have special guests joining us for Thursday night's Awards Ceremony & Dinner, Friday's keynote speaker, Marc Middleton, and his family (wife Jill and daughter Quinn). Marc is looking forward to soaking in some HCA culture before his presentation and we are thrilled he agreed to join us for our special evening. We encourage you all to welcome Marc, Jill and Quinn.
