This is a location that we are not in at all. Risks: We=E2=80=99ve had 3 starts this week which has required movement of = some schedules to avoid OT. One of the risks I see with growing is not having the manpower to staff the new shifts. We will need a larger pool of employees to pull from in order to keep growing.
