She knows my role and has my cell in the event she feels like she is unable to get in touch with us in a timely manner. I will say that she is CST in Chicago and says that she has called at the end of the day, she is probably rolling into the contact center because of the time difference. I reached out to Jeannie to see if a call can be set up so that she can understand the LTC billing aspect. She said that she's been doing it the last year or longer because when we tried it was denied, but she didn't have any other information. She did say that even with turnover all of the caregivers have been good, but she wanted more consistency. All in all the conversation was good and I believe she will be less stressed if we can figure out the LTC billing for her. Were you able to look at your calendar to see when we can meet this week?
