You will shortly be receiving an email from Chris Rafferty to access folders with: - Excel File with a Summary of all of Your Employees, their Job Profile, Incentive Plan, and applicable Goals and, Note: There are a few employees where we still need to finalize goals, so their Plan Docs will not yet be included. - Individual Plan Document for all of your employees for the following Incentive Plans, which include all of the Goals for the two Metrics that are part of each plan. If you don't see all of your employees' Plan Documents when you first review, more will coming throughout the day, and tomorrow. Note: There are several employees on the Site Management Plan for whom we are awaiting financial goals from F, P, and A, so we cannot complete those Plan Documents yet. 2. The HR Service Center will initiate the DocuSign process, with your employees receiving an email with a link to their incentive plan for electronic signature. 3. We will keep you posted on the status of your employees signatures, as the employees must sign their Plan Document in order to receive a payment. 4. Attached you will find the specific Q2 Target Payouts for your General Managers. You recall that the GM Targets are either 20% for Annualized Q1 Revenue of $5M. *Please communicate the specific Target Payouts to your GMs by the end of the week.* *Tim T: *Chris will be reaching out to you for to update status on your employees in the specific provinces that require both the English and French version of the Canadian Plan. *Araceli: *We will connect with you later in the week on the Concierge Plans.
