Following up on giving theKey access to real-time reporting with Mavencare Tableau. This has been difficult in the past as the servers that run Tableau at Mavencare sit behind VPN access. For now we have created a special public login for theKey to access the reports. GM Dashboard, CSM Metrics and many other reports used by Mavencare 3. Pay and Bill Rate (Requested for doing rate increases) 4. Gross Margin Report (Currently being worked on) - We can clarify this in the meeting today but when the ClearCare report was demoed to us it seemed it like it was using visit data and not invoice/payroll data to calculate it.
