Urgent Payroll Update: Labor Day Deadlines and Direct Deposit Recommendations

Dear Team,

As we approach the Labor Day weekend, please be advised of the following
important updates regarding payroll processing:

   1.

   Payroll Approval Deadline:
   -

      For all U.S. Staffing Managers and Scheduling Teams responsible for
      completing and finalizing payroll schedules for Caregivers: All caregiver
      hours must be approved by Monday, September 2nd, 12:00 pm local
time. This
      deadline is crucial to ensure that payroll can be processed
accurately and
      on time.
      2.

   Holiday Payroll Processing:
   -

      The Payroll Team will be working during the holiday to process
      payroll as usual. It is important for Leaders, including
Staffing Managers
      and Scheduling Teams, to designate at least one field contact to be
      available on Monday. This ensures that any questions from the
Payroll Team
      can be addressed promptly, helping to ensure caregivers are paid
accurately
      and on time.
      3.

   Check Delivery:
   -

      For designated managers at each office: Checks will be delivered on
      Friday, 09/06/24, as per the normal schedule, barring any
inclement weather
      or vendor-related issues. It is essential to confirm that a designated
      manager will be available in the office to accept the checks at
the time of
      delivery, ensuring that caregivers receive their pay without delay.
      4.

   Direct Deposit Encouragement:
   -

      For all team members: We strongly recommend signing up for Direct
      Deposit today to ensure timely payment. Direct Deposit is the safest and
      most secure way to receive your funds, and team members can easily update
      their payment information elections in Workday.
