--00000000000094a11a05ffc00af5 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Good Afternoon Sarah, I had a few questions regarding AP classifications for the month of June: *Montreal: Desiree Aranjo* 1. Donna Lacey --> According to ClearCare, this should be an elephant or turtle 2. Marlin Evans --> We began speaking with this client in March. He was coming into town from Boston for a long weekend. We had convinced him to take a package of 24 hours (At the time a Cheetah). As of June, the parameters of a Cheetah changed but I believe management should consider changing the animal kingdom of this client as care went well and the client was extremely satisfied with the service. *Ontario: Taylor Cleland * 1. Rocco Mendaglio --> This client received 54 hours of care in June and accounted for $1,998 of revenue. This is labeled a bee. It should be a Cheetah. *Western Canada: Dennis Fancy * 1. Graham Campbell --> This client received 53.75 hours of care in June and accounted for $1,881 of revenue. This is labeled a bee. It should be a Cheetah. 2. Jean Lane --> This client started June 27th but is receiving 35 hours of care weekly on-going. It is currently labeled a bee (not sure why) 3. Manor Village Garrison Woods --> This client received 66 hours of care in June and accounted for $3,985 of revenue. This is labeled a bee. It should be a Cheetah. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finally, for the second half of the bonuses (Animal Kingdom #'s), how will these classifications be done? I believe the classification system should be the same as used in the month of May (not the new one from June) as these cases were started in May. Example (Angele Caron) was started in May and classified as a Cheetah (over 21 hours). Now according to AP, it is a bee (this is based on June's classification of a cheetah being over 30 hours of care).
