No, you can holdoff. If we aspire to ultimately migrate all our business into the JPM bank accounts, then anything you=E2=80=99d setup with= the legacy bank. Just trying to get all the facts so I can speak from an informed perspective with Paul. I=E2=80=99ve already broached with our acco= unt rep at JPMC. Only in Quebec and the format was different. Should I ask our banking partner if she can assist? The template provided cites the requirement for a LOC to conform to the requirement set forth in the =E2=80=9C*Employment Standards Act, 2000 *and or the *Employment Protectio= n for Foreign Nationals Act, 2009=E2=80=9D*. So have you all provided a standing letter of credit in the past, or is this a new thing? I would have expected you would have had to provide before=E2=80=A6 Thanks, *From:* Timothy Thomas *Sent:* Thursday, August 3, 2023 11:43 AM *To:* Laszlo Kovacs *Cc:* Sean Cygan ; Belle Chen *Subject:* Re: Ontario - Temporary Help Agency and Recruiter licensing Application Ok I found it but it's in french. We went through this a few years ago in Montreal. The province of Quebec did the same. Its to dissuade smaller agencies from engaging in crooked staffing practices. Is it based on a risk assessment that performed on TK or something?
