I don't know if we are going to find somebody that has home care sales type experience. I have done a bit of searching on LinkedIn to find people who have done some sales at Assisted Living communities. Is reaching out to potentially qualified candidates on LinkedIn something you would do? I have a few here for you, if so: There is a lady named Jodi Arnal who works at a nearby ALF in Sales. Another lady named Lauren McDonald who does the same. There is somebody named Jackson Charron who works as a Business Development Specialist at a company called iAccompany which is senior care focused, as well worked at an Assisted Living Community for years prior. Tania H. (no last name in LinkedIN) is Director of Sales and Marketing for All Seniors Care Living Centres in Winnipeg. Ekeen Theresa Saad had previously applied to our BDM position several years ago but ended up working at the highest end ALF in the city instead. She has been there for a while now. I think a previous concern might have been around support and training when we were a franchise but since this has changed, she may be a possibility. We are definitely struggling for qualified candidates. I'll keep you posted if any others come up.
