I can also confirm that Vero is only charged back to the Canadian P&L. Emily, with this, can you confirm that you are happy to give Vero a raise up to $60k CAD? Tim, that's a great idea on separating out the salary band for Canada. As of now, there is an overall range for Canada (CG recruiter band is $45k-$57k-$69k), but I think it's safe to say that there are areas (Toronto/Vancouver) that have higher costs of living. I will ask Bob if he has the capacity to separate this out based on the Canadian region.
