Those who are coming from out of town will also be lodging at the Beach and Tennis Club and the neighboring La Jolla Shores hotel. *Below are some details to help you plan your trip:* The *dress code* for this event is business casual, jeans are acceptable, and jackets are not required. The projected weather will likely be in the mid 70=E2=80=99s during the day and mid 60=E2=80=99s in the evenings. All t= he dinners will be outdoors so it is recommended to bring a jacket as it can get chilly once the sun goes down. More casual attire such as shorts and flip flops are acceptable for the reception and dinners on the beach. *Sunday, September 11th *the Northeast/Canada and Southeast Regional Directors and Division Heads will travel on Sunday and meet as a team on Monday. Accommodations have been made for Sunday night for these team members. *Monday, September 12th *will be a travel day for the remaining attendees not traveling on Sunday. There will be a beach dinner Monday night at the Beach and Tennis Club at 6:00pm. *Tuesday, September 13th *the meetings will begin at 8:00am and run through lunch. There will be scheduled work time followed by wellness activities. Dinner will be hosted on the beach at 7:00pm. *Wednesday, September 14th *the meetings will begin at 8:00am and will run through 2:00pm followed by another opportunity for wellness activities. We will enjoy another sunset dinner on the beach Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. *Thursday, September 15th *the meetings will begin at 8:00am and end at 12:00pm. The airport is located about 12 miles from Beach and Tennis Club and should take approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic. You should plan on booking return flights after 2:00pm. In the spirit of investing in our leaders' physical and mental wellness, we are carving out time daily specifically dedicated to wellness activities. Each activity will take between 60-90 minutes and there will be plenty of time to return to the hotel to shower and get ready for dinner. *CLICK HERE* to select your activity preferences for Tuesday and Wednesday.
