I had a couple of thoughts on the website based on our call that could help with your lead volume. You had brought up that leads that call tend to convert more often than those that fill out the web form. I was taking a look at the Calgary site, and saw that there are two large above-the-fold CTAs and they're both for the web form. I was thinking that we could take the top box and put a click-to-call link with the CTA text as the phone number, and the bottom, smaller CTA with something along the lines of "Call us today!" At the top on the left side, we could even say "Meet with a Care Manager for a free consultation" next to the phone number box.
