I am sure you are aware that our Vancouver office has recently seen an impressive surge in revenue which is wonderful but also impactful in all areas of operations. We have added over $100,000 this time over the previous year but we have the same number of staffing managers doing the work. The team is working hard to complete the work Monday mornings but are finding it increasingly hard to do by noon. I am seeing more mistakes in billing and payroll which as we know has a ripple effect to every department. I think added time ( 30 minutes for non payroll weeks and 60 minutes for payroll weeks) would help relieve some of the pressure. I hope this can be accommodated until such time we have the budget to increase employee count for that department which could be in the near future. Our ask is a 1230 pm deadline Pacific Standard time coupled with a 1pm deadline on Payroll weeks.
