SATISFACTION WIN BACK CAMPAIGN CONGRATULATES ARIZONA,
DC METRO,NEW ENGLAND, AND PENNSYLVANIA TEAMS:
FIRST REGIONALS TO SURPASS 50% IN VISITS COMPLETED
TheKey’s Satisfaction Win Campaign Campaign is pleased to congratulate the
Arizona, DC Metro, New England, and Pennsylvania regional teams for being
the first to surpass 50% in completing scheduled visits with their elephant
and turtle clients. Regional teams are seeking Win Back status for 3641
clients with the goal of retaining them for the long-term with improved
satisfaction ratings.
THE NUMBERS!
Regional teams have now scheduled 2069 of 3641 client visits, and 33% have
been completed. Of these, 89% report they are happy with TheKey’s services,
and 11% identified an issue of concern, which teams are diligently working
to rectify using the “fast track issue escalation” model.

today’s campaign success story about her incredibly dedicated team!
In the Greater Los Angeles area in California, Client Success Manager Jenon
Redmond began working with 77 year old Doug who has Lewy Body Dementia. His
daughter and family live with him, and became concerned at his rapid
decline. Caring for Doug throughout the day and night while also holding
full-time jobs had become increasingly challenging for the family.
Doug never wanted to age in a managed care facility. While he could no
longer remember or mentally process his wish to age in place, the family
felt it was important to honor his preference and keep him at home.
An LVN, Jenon has vast knowledge in caring for individuals with dementia.
She brought that determination and passion to Doug’s care management, and
set up a comprehensive battery of doctor appointments with a neurologist,
geriatric psychiatrist, and other specialists right away. During the
Satisfaction Win Back Campaign, Jenon visited Doug and was told by family
members of their incredible gratitude for her expertise and care. They
shared that they were finally able to sleep peacefully at night, not
worried about Doug, knowing that Jenon and her team were going above and
beyond to assist at any time of day. What an incredible success story!
TheKey applauds Christa Chalfa’s team in the entire Greater Los Angeles
area for expertly managing Doug’s care and all their other clients. Kudos
