It has been impacting our internal metrics because we have been using White Rock as our office location in Salesforce (for fear that the HCA location was too generic and may be used by other locations) but using HCA in ClearCare (to distinguish it from Loving Home Care). It would be much simpler for my team if HCA and White Rock could be consolidated into one location in both Clear Care and Salesforce. Are you able to help with that?
