Canada iCIMS SOW Question

Specifically, there are two separate iCIMS portals included in their scope - one English portal and another French portal. However, they have confirmed this can be consolidated into one portal with a language toggle instead. Do you know if there is an explicit need to have the English and French portals separated? Perhaps for an operational requirement. Or would it be better if we reduce the iCIMS scope to one Canadian job portal with a language toggle? Additionally, we have just learned that we must provide French translated content for the entire French iCIMS portal. Do you know if the intention is for us to lean on your existing French translator that has been helping with website content, or perhaps ask U7 to assist with this?
