By way of example, given it is the son you could have a situation where the son isn't actually working, but still collecting a paycheck for a given shift. Another example would be the son saying he is called to duty outside of a scheduled shift and then claiming he is owed for additional hours worked.The preference would be not to agree to this unless you two feel strongly that we need to accommodate.
