I received the letters for this couple last night, I have uploaded them to their files and added the authorization to their shift. I have also added the previous shift worked to the authorization and removed the note from their files indicating that we are waiting for the letters. Please take note that the clients are always told what hours they are approved for ahead of time but they do not get their letters until the 1st or 2nd week of the month. You can refer to the notes section of their clear care files to see if I have added a note pertaining to their letter on the main page.
