Her last pay rate increased from $11.75 to $12.00 per hour effective January 15, 2018. I have spoken with Maria who believes that she is due 13$. She is working full time with Mme. Bisaillon and has since turned her life around. Is the primary worker and responsible for all of her day care. *Jules Marie Darloune: *Started with HCA in January 2018. Is currently at 12.00$ She emailed me with a personal request. She too works with Mme. Bisaillon as the second caregiver working evenings. She was told during the interview that within an appropriate probationary period, and positive reviews, she can be due an increase. She too is great and often stays during last minute emergency situations and is willing to adjust her schedule if needed. While worth it, has still only worked for us for 6 months. If anything, maybe a small bump may suffice and I can remind her of our yearly increase waiting period. *Feba Raj:* Pay rate increased from $11.50 to $12.00 effective May 1, 2018 to respect minimum wage increase. She started with is in July 2017 and is due her yearly increase. She was originally working full time with Mrs Brown before they ended service. Now due to a change in her school schedule, only works part time. She is willing to travel to the west island and has been a reputable worker since. I think we could bump her to 12.50$. *Faith Ezenwankwo: *started with is in March 2018. is currently at 12.00$ She has not been given a raise since but was also advised that with due time and probationary period, she could be given a bump. She currently works full time with Vardatsikos and does live-in with Nguyen. She has a wonderful reputation so far and works like crazy. I can warn her about the yearly increase as well. If anything, I would suggest maybe a 25-50 cents more. *Nelly Beauchamp:* Pay rate increased from $12.00 to $13.00 effective February 26, 2018. She reached out and wanted to see what we could do for her. She, as we know works full time at Gulkin overseeing all details and duties. I think we can bump her 25cents if we even deem it necessary. Let me know your opinions on the above, and I will reach out to the girls! Thanks a lot *Michele Sazant* *Coordonnatrice des Ressources Humaines/**Human Resources Coordinator* *Home Care Assistance (Montr=C3=A9al) Inc.* *4464 Ste.
