Mansi has created a spreadsheet that Michele can have filled out to ensure we get the info needed on the franchise employees to begin background checks etc. From a best practice perspective, I would advise: 1. Anyone who we will not be hiring has a 1:1 conversation with the owner rather than us. 2.
