Is there any chance you can call through to Village Manor Waterdown and see if we can get the contract sent to them and signed? Maybe just ask for the Executive Director. I have never worked with this community before. I have lost my voice as I have the flu today. I am assuming we will keep the same pricing as Park Ave, as they are sister properties.
