She is going to be = paying via Etransfer, not wire transfer. I did provide her with the remit= tance email address, which she actually questioned. She didn't understand= why she would need to email us payment information because she said that= all of the other companies she pays doesn't require this. She just sends= the funds and that's it. If she falls behind in payments our Collect= ions team is going to be calling her and it will end up getting addressed= with your office during their AR review.
