So that=E2=80=99s why I told her we would do our best at 35$ that w= ith inflation we need to increase our rate, staff need to be paid more speci= ally for the locations she=E2=80=99s referring us. She also acknowledged tha= t she=E2=80=99s referring us there because we are cheaper. She would refer u= s to more clients in east Montreal or Laval but she prefers using other agen= cies =E2=80=9Cpartnerships=E2=80=9D who have more French caregivers. We also= spoke about her cheque emplois clients that other agencies are refusing to w= ork with cheque emplois which if they are good hours and good rate we could t= ake, we said we were quoting 36$ and she didn=E2=80=99t seem to have a probl= em with that. Also I explained to her that we are m= anagement company and we make sure everything goes well with the referrals o= f our partners, i gave the example of Mr. Gagne, we were having communicatio= ns problems with the residence=E2=80=99s head nurse, she was constantly comp= laining about our staff and I went to meet her in person to understand bette= r the situation. We have not received any more complaints since. As to help her with developing more her business I suggested t= o join my networking group and make presentations in senior homes, she liked= the idea.
