My feedback is to have free in lower case in places where we aren't using all caps. Is there a specific website you're using to mock the images or are those placeholders? It looks like Calgary has a video on the homepage, which they'd probably want to leave. I also am not a fan of the medical look of the stethoscope. However, I love the inclusion of a photo on the contact page instead of a ton of copy. Overall these look much more streamlined and visually enticing.
