Any tips for implementing? Any positive results? We get a ton of missed clock ins. Does everybody have that? A lot come from last minute schedule changes. Is there a way of limiting those? *Mark Febus - *We have experience an individual that has written a review on Google that we have had no contact with. The review has been made up and is slanderous. Now, a month later, this individual has created a new Google account under the same name and posted another 1-star review, and also had a "friend" post a 1-star review as well. Just thought I would see if any other offices have had this happen in this way. We just got LegalShield and have reached out to them. *Andrew Hodge - *I would like to know how others staff up as they grow. Do they hire ECM first or CCM first?
