I've answered the questions below. 1. Our Conversion Rate has not been an issue, the number of qualified leads that turn in assessments is an issue. The week of 2/10 we had 9 leads that turned into 3 assessments and only 1 start. The lead quality is not there. 2. 30% of the assessments that we have been completing have not needed care urgently, they are planning for future dates. We have closed won assessments that will not start March, April, and May. 3. The drop off for Columbus is the assessment stage. Leads are up but they are not the quality that we need to have consistency. In the pipeline currently we have 6 in Assessment pending and I believe only 1 of those will convert to a SOC. 4. This week 2/17 has also seen a decline as we have had 0 SOC. I had a meeting with Kevin and we went over strategy to try to gain some momentum. I will be going out and conducting supervisory visits and taking breakfast out to all of our accounts that have produced Tier 1 5K clients next week while Jen is out of office. We did have 2 high value opportunities that will not start until April. After going through the SOC from 2024 and seeing our high SOC months and where the referrals were coming from. It seems that Jen was sponsoring and partnering with other organizations to host events then. I will be going to The Alzheimer's Association here to see if we can get back into doing this with them.
